  • Overview

    Food Services of America, Inc. is one of the nation’s largest broadline food distributors, providing a full spectrum of food and supplies to our customers throughout the western and mid-western states.  Our customers include independent and chain restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels, and government foodservice operations.

    The Senior Software Developer is part of the External Technologies Solutions team. The ETS team is responsible for customer facing applications: primarily the Order Management System (OMS). The team uses the Agile software development methodology and the Microsoft .NET development stack. This includes C# and T-SQL for server-side development, JavaScript/Typescript/Angular for our front-end web development, and Xamarin for our mobile platform – both Android and IOS. In addition, we use Azure to host our OMS system.

    Qualifications

    Prerequisites

    5+ years experience developing with C#

    5+ years REST end point experience

    5+ Transact-SQL experience
