  • Overview

     The National Account Coordinator is responsible for assisting the National Account Executives with the administrative activities of assigned chain accounts. 


    • Gathers and compiles key data/account information for the department
    • Runs monthly customer usage reports
    • Submits stocking requests as needed
    • Enters vendor deviations as needed
    • Assists with processing of customer pricing audits
    • Assists with inventory management of Customer Key Items
    • Acts as a liaison to resolve customer relation issues
    • Actively participates in communicating Chain Department needs with Customer Service Department
    • Tracks and assists in management of unspecified deliveries
    • Schedules and sets up chain customer meetings including communications to other departments
    • Assists with new account roll outs
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Experience in Food Service Sales preferred
    • High School diploma or GED required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
    • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
    • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and with customer organizations
    • Strong attention to detail.
