Work Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM
Position reports to: Transportation Manager
Job Description: Provides administrative support to the Delivery Department.
Communicates to Sales and Operations any routes that will affect customer delivery times
Track drivers Hour of Service to determine impact on deliveries and send notifications to Sales Management and Operation Supervisors
Organizes and completes spreadsheets, distributes information daily and stores files for future needs
Reviews Descartes On-Board computer use, e-Log compliance, and identifies non-operational units for repairs or trouble shooting
Assists supervisors with driver check-in of keys, scanners, paperwork, and records debriefing information from drivers
Validates driver scanners are returned, checks for damage, and places on chargers
Provides excellent customer service, answers phones, directs inbound calls to right parties, tracks call information, and assist with messages.
Runs reports for District Supervisor Teams, distributes reports, and tracks scorecard results weekly
