    The Program Sales Account Executive will provide service to contract accounts that ensures customer satisfaction.   This position will work with a team of professionals that provides best in class service to a variety of customers and can communicate effectively with all levels of management.

    This position is for the Puget Sound area with an emphasis on the areas north and east of Seattle.


    We do background investigations and drug testing.


    • Manage assigned territory in a manner that will ensure customer satisfaction while achieving Sales and Case Growth Goals.
    • Provide superior consultative sales and service by utilizing the BCR model, Order Management, CRM, and other FSA proprietary Customer Solution tools.
    • Strategically plan customer visits to cultivate relationships, perform presentations, offer innovative programs, and manage customer performance metrics to the terms of their contract
    • Work with current and prospect accounts to gain new business.
    • Utilize effective communication to keep customers and all FSA Departments updated on activities.
    • Review and improve service level by monitoring Out-of-Stock and Sub Reports and Weekly Usage and Demand Reports.
    • Work closely with Procurement Department to ensure that proper inventory levels of needed products are in stock at all time and available to assigned customers. Prepare and present projected usage information to Procurement in a timely manner as needed.
    • Work with marketing/procurement to sell discontinued items and market new items.
    • Maintain current knowledge of customers’ market segment information and trends.
    • Collaborate and communicate with fellow team members and branch associates.
    • Work proactively to keep accounts (AR) current to terms.
    • Attend sales related meetings and activities.
    • Other duties as assigned. 


    • Strong ability to prioritize and organize is vital, must work well in groups, and be able to manage heavy workloads with many interruptions.
    • Ability to travel in and around the territory up to 80% of the time dependent on business requirements. 
    • Strong knowledge of the food service industry is preferred
    • Experience in working with Contract customers is strongly desired
    • High school equivalency required, with a college degree preferred
    • Computer skills required; knowledge of MS Office Suite
    • Good oral and written communication skills required.
    • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
