    A National Accounts Coordinator is responsible for assisting the National Account Executives, School Account Executives, and Director of National Accounts with the administrative activities related to these sectors of business.  This position requires a self-starter who is motivated and engaged in our day-to-day business. The ideal candidate should be a team player with the ability to learn on the fly and multi-task.  This position will work with all departments within FSA Loveland and will interact with customers on a daily basis via phone and email.


    Successful National Account Coordinators have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management within the organization as well as the customers’ organizations, including the experience and judgment necessary to know when to increase and intensify the communication, especially to the executive management.


    The National Account Coordinator will report directly to the Director or National Accounts.


    • Provide daily support to the National Account Executives and School Account Executives
    • Complete administrative tasks such as entering New Item Requests, Prospect Accounts, and Non-Pickup Requests into CRM.
    • Receive critical, time sensitive information directly from the Account and/or customer and successfully implement a course of action
    • Manage customer limited time offerings (LTOs) and promotions within FSA Loveland's distribution centers and purchasing while coordinating with the customers’ supply chain management to ensure that each LTO and promotion is successfully completed by FSA
    • Assist with weekly inventory & AR management, communicating internally/externally where required.
    • Assist in the communication of routing changes set by FSA's operations team
    • Make decisions that positively affect service levels and profitability
    • Develop  strong working relationship with all internal departments
    • Troubleshoot customer challenges and provide solutions
    • Complete daily and monthly customer reporting
    • Provide back-up coverage for National Account Executives and School Account Executives as needed

    • Minimum of two years of relevant experience is preferred.  Experience includes customer service, account administration/coordinator experience, professional experience, or distribution experience.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
    • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
    • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills are essential
    • Intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the organization and with customer organizations
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Time management skills
    • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
