On a daily basis, this individual will be responsible for working in a professional team environment and performing various duties.
Run out of stock report and gather details to perform applicable item allocations
Code SLR for all shorted items for accurate customer reporting
Arrange, manage, track and log expenses associated with out of stock items
Report via Daily Recap shorted items and agreed upon recovery plan
Key all auto shipment and product cap requests
Provide quotes and manage shipping of all special requests
Key all Special Orders into CRM
Process credits, price adjustments and returned product
Pull required paperwork for PODs during audits
Resolve and respond to customer complaints / tickets
Other duties and special projects as assigned (as needed)
Communication of holiday routes/re-routes – store level
