We are currently looking for a dynamic Receptionist in our Meridian office.

  • Greet guests, answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
  • Issue badges and manage visitor tracking log
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Prepare outgoing Fed Ex
  • Manage overall organization and presentation of the front lobby
  • Order name plates for new associates and update inter-company phone lists
  • Manage inventory of and prepare FSA sales brochures, new customer welcome letters, and food safety pamphlets
  • Make hotel reservations for out of town guests
  • Organize and verify receiver/POs for accuracy, and scan to corporate
  • Daily data entry
  • Speak to customers regarding beverage machine issues and decide next steps for dispatch to ESI or shipment of new equipment
  • Receive money from A/R, secure in safe and hand off to armored car delivery
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager


  • Must possess a professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Have a clear and professional speaking voice
  • Multi-line telephone experience
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Exposure to Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds, occasionally more
  • Ability to sit continuously for extended periods of time, type on a keyboard and use mouse
  • Occasional bending and twisting at waist for routine office duties
  • Must have a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background investigation and drug test
