The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering and collaborating with business users, IT and 3rd party vendors to help deliver meaningful business solutions. Successful candidates will identify opportunities for improvements in systems and processes and work with other IT Associates to define changes or solutions. This role assesses system impacts, provides gap and process analysis as well as cost/benefit analysis for systems and new initiatives. An ideal candidate utilizes critical thinking to tackle complex challenges and business problems for the Enterprise. They will have a pulse on the business while listening and learning from Associates the best practices for the business and share that knowledge with other IT Associates to ensure our solutions are complete. The Business Systems Analyst will also act as a strategic partner between the business and IT to resolve functional and technical issues related to business applications. They play a key role during implementations of systems to ensure successful delivery
