This position supports the Corporate Executive team for National Account Sales.  The incumbent in this position should be expereinced in working with corporate executives both internally and externally from the customer side in a sales support capacity.

This position will be responsible for the support and coordination of all functions related to the administration of centrally-managed corporate customer contracts.   As part of the corporate staff of Food Services of America, this position will interact with senior-level Corporate Sales function staff as well as Sales administrative personnel located at the operating locations.  Position also provides technical and ad hoc reporting support for all functions related to contract administration. 


  • Develops and executes plans, schedules and task lists for corporate contract sales activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Identifies critical path items, manages project progress and milestones, and communicates status to appropriate sales management.
  • Provide support to Corp Sales department for all aspects of contract activities related to reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual information related to customers usage’s and performances.
  • Assist in reconciliation of all contract related information including rebates, pricing and volumes.
  • Provide a liaison role for Corporate Sales to DMA contracting group and Centralized Contract Management Departments.
  • Serves as conference and meeting for planner for annual sales meeting in addition to coordinating various customer events.
  • Manages all activity related to trade show presence at various industry conference
  • Perform Ad Hoc reporting for contract activities using Showcase, Access, ABC and BI reporting tools.


  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Excel, Access and Power point
  • Project management  skills, including measurement, reporting and financial analysis
  • Understanding of cost, service and quality drivers, market and technology factors, and their impact on customer contracts and services
  • Experience using business systems and analytical related software.
  • Qualified applicants possess 3 - 5 years working in a Sales environment, familiarity with departmental operations.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
