The Enterprise Project Coordinator is responsible for producing project schedules, assists with obtaining project estimates for schedules, and ensures the consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in the Microsoft Project Server 2013 environment. Successful candidates in this position will prepare a project’s schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables along with creation and delivery of reports and dashboards to key stakeholders and IT management. The Enterprise Project Coordinator will work with other resources requesting and/or updating project status issues, risks, and deliverables within Project SharePoint sites. They play a key role in overall coordination and scheduling of projects for Strategic and Operational Initiatives within the Enterprise.


  • Has positive and effective communication skills – is able to convey information appropriately to different audiences both written and oral.
  • Creates and updates project schedules in Microsoft Project Professional 2013 and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects
  • Effectively applies our methodologies and enforces project standards
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Tracks and reports on project budgets and timelines
  • Works with other IT managers and associates to define project timelines and communicate milestones and project schedules
  • Follows up on project tasks to ensure timelines are appropriate and accurate
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change
  • Manages the process of change effectively
  • Remains on the forefront of emerging project management and industry practices
  • Interacts effectively with teams from different functional areas and/or outside vendors through the project life cycle

Team Culture

  • We work in a blended “On Premises” and “Virtual Office” environment within the IT team. The team collaborates using tools like Skype for Business and webcams to enrich our connectivity in this distributed team environment. This position is based out of the Scottsdale Corporate Office but will be interacting with a disbursed development team as well as on premises teams.
